Falcon Automatics offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms.

• User Opt-In: By providing your mobile number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in.

3. Carrier Liability (Important)

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Support & Cancellation

• To Cancel (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text the keyword STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to our number. After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
